I was so disappointed with my interaction with Urban Siding. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and had a terrible temper. They were completely unprofessional and failed to show up for our agreed-upon inspection. When I called to follow up, they were even more rude and instead of apologizing for their mistake, they accused me of having "bad energy" and told me to find someone else. I'm so glad I didn't choose this company. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to avoid them at all costs.

Had Urban Siding out to our property after the nasty hailstorm in 2020, no problems at the time and they were fantastic. 3 years later, we had a panel fall off the house just below the eave. First they claimed they wouldnt fix it because the house was sold and the warranty didnt transfer. (We didnt move) Then they refused to repair it, and insisted we pay for a quote as well as the cost of repair, despite advertising free quotes and extended warrantees. Update: As per the owners response, work was not completed but payment was expected. The invoice clearly states that payment is due upon completion. I had reached out multiple times advising that I would like to pay the invoice if you would respond and complete the job. Your own text messages admitted to 95% completion. I am unsure when 95% became synonymous with 100%. To clarify, the snow had melted and debris was here when your siders were here. I should not have to ask for you to come back. Did not install roof properly and now it leaks. They replaced my roof after hail damage. At 8 years, it started to leak. They said it's not covered by warranty anymore, but I'm told they didn't install it properly in the first place. Now they don't want to do anything about it.
