Oh my gosh, were do I begin! I can not recommend Urban Set bride enough! They were so attentive, not pushy, and the best all around! After posting my experience, Christine reached out to me directly to make things right, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to listen and address my concerns. She and Ruth were very responsive and worked with me to resolve the issue with my dress, including fixing the stain I had found. I had the most amazing experience at Urban Set! Ruth was so attentive and was great at pivoting based on my feedback on each dress. The appointment felt very personal and tailored to me, as there is only one bride in the store at a time. I found my dream dress and cannot be happier. I would recommend Urban Set to any bride!
I found my wedding gown at Urban Set and it was such a special experience! The team at Urban Set were always quick to respond to any questions I had and I really appreciated the option to store my gown and veil there prior to the wedding day!
I wrote a review shortly after purchasing my dress, but my wedding was just a few weekends ago. I just wanted to express, again, how highly I suggest Urban Set! Every appointment I've had with them was absolutely wonderful. They have an amazing team, and I'm so glad I chose them for my wedding gown. The dress was absolutely perfect and everything I wanted! I also purchased my veil with them and it was just perfect. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect bridal look for me.
