She and Ruth were very responsive and worked with me to resolve the issue with my dress, including fixing the stain I had found. I had the most amazing experience at Urban Set! Ruth was so attentive and was great at pivoting based on my feedback on each dress. The appointment felt very personal and tailored to me, as there is only one bride in the store at a time. I found my dream dress and cannot be happier. I would recommend Urban Set to any bride!
I found my wedding gown at Urban Set and it was such a special experience! The team at Urban Set were always quick to respond to any questions I had and I really appreciated the option to store my gown and veil there prior to the wedding day!

Every appointment I've had with them was absolutely wonderful. They have an amazing team, and I'm so glad I chose them for my wedding gown. The dress was absolutely perfect and everything I wanted! I also purchased my veil with them and it was just perfect. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect bridal look for me.
