I booked an appointment, and went to the store on time. Waited for 25 mins, and the stylist told me she can’t cut my hair and ask me reschedule. I asked her if I reschedule, will this happen again and still I can’t get my hair cut. She answered she can’t guarantee. What?! I just saw she told another lady she can schedule anytime with her but can’t guarantee my haircut. They have given me bad customer service and can’t even ensure this won’t happen again.
