Excellent! I just completed my drawings to submit to the city of Sedona for our new front porch and entrance way. Eddie Cal and his staff were very fast and completed our project within 10 days start to finish. We are doing a major demolition on the front and adding a large porch designed with rough round natural beams and rafters. The work was very detailed to include building materials descriptions and details all in alignment with Sedona Building Codes. I would not recommend Eddie Cal for any work. I recently hired him to draft a cabin for me, he told me it would take him a month to complete the plans and submit to the county to have it permitted. After 8 months I still don't have the plans completed and no permit. I have tried to contact Eddie several times, he doesn't return phone calls, doesn't complete his work, terrible customer service. I had to cancel my building plans completely due to his failure to complete my plans. Lost a great deal of money due to his incompete... read more
