I was on time for my hydrojelly mask appointment but the esthetician, Anastaja, came and got me 8 minutes late with no acknowledgement about the wait. I was provided a blanket which was a pleasant touch. Anastaja was very nice and gentle, though not detail-oriented as I had to pull bits of mask off my face and hair afterwards. I went in for a Swedish massage by Orin and a Deluxe Gentlemen’s Facial by Hannah. Orin was very comfortable to be around, doing a great job of breaking the ice. We continued conversation through the massage with him teaching me about muscles and anatomy. Hannah was also very professional and created a comforting environment. She was also very patient with my lack of knowledge in facials. 10/10 would go back again and would request the names above.
