Sharon is warm, knowledge, and professional at what she does. I have hypersensitive skin to essential oils and most actives, so Sharon was very careful each step of the way. Some of the product lines used during the treatment I've used in the past, and they agreed with my skin. The facial, and the extra arms and legs massage add-on are highly recommended. I have had a number of facials over the years, and Sharon honestly made me feel the most relaxed and comfortable.

Sharon is amazing! I’ve been going to her for 10 years now. The care she gives to my skin, her knowledge, and the natural products she uses, can’t be beat. When she moved out of the city to Pickering, I was so bummed because I just couldn’t find anyone in Toronto that did as good of a job as her. I’m so happy she has a Toronto office again. Sharon is just the best, period. She’s been taking care of my skin for the past decade and nowhere/no one else compares. Her knowledge, compassion and incredible touch are what set her apart from all the others. (And she has damn good taste in music too) You will not regret your time or money spent at the Urban Retreat, in fact, you’ll just want more.
