Used to go here a while ago, but I think it's now closed down? Had expert massages and a cool sleek vibe to the whole place. Hope it reopens soon!
Terrible experience. Practitioner Miquel F came to do a manicure and ruined my wooden table even though I gave her enough towels to cover the table. She now claims that she didn't cause the damage because she doesn't want her insurance premium to go up. And Urban want nothing to do with it, as it's her fault. Never booking this again!
Urban Retreat is one of the best salons it has been my privilège to know. I really regard the staff and the salon very highly. May it long continue. Thank you everyone.
