As a property owner who let Urban Rest manage a new fully-furnished apartment, I was very disappointed when I took the property back. Gone were the carefully curated cushions and throw rugs replaced by a mis-mash of castaways. A trashed sofa, an inferior replacement rug and scratches on all the stair treads were some of the issues together with no bedding or basic cutlery sets. Absolutely loved my stay at Urban Rest apartment in Randwick. Clean, modern and beautiful. Communication from the team excellent at all times. Can’t wait to return next year.
