Very baad service
Awful experience with this contractor. They have been working on our condo complex for a month and a half — currently an entire week behind their proposed schedule (which was extensive in the first place). For context, the condo complex next door required the same amount of work, which was completed by a different contractor in 1/5th the amount of time. We highly recommend Urban Renovation + Construction. They did our roof, siding and complete interior renovation. The roof and siding were an insurance claim and it was dealt with very quickly. The owner was very involved in the process and truly wanted to make sure we were satisfied. The trades he brought in were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks Philippe!
Urban Renovation and Construction has made the process of insurance repairs as smooth as they possibly can be. They are really knowledgeable, trustworthy and super hardworking! They ensured that the job was done right, even fixing issues that weren’t accounted for, but that had come up to ensure that the job they were doing was done right.
