I am writing this review because I had an extremely difficult and traumatic experience at this treatment center. I normally do not write negative reviews about treatment facilities. I understand how difficult recovery is, how much work goes into running a treatment program, and how important it is for people struggling with addiction to have a safe and supportive environment. Disorganized & understaffed. Every staff member gives you a different answer about everything. The only accurate information I ever got was from other patients! My counselor was perpetually condescending, which made it difficult to work with her. She also knows very little about addiction and mental health. The combination of ignorance & condescension was frustrating. For example, at one point I mentioned that previous therapists have suggested I may have CPTSD. In my humble opinion, this is the best place you can go for help. Whether detox or rehab. The staff is wonderful and kind, the accommodations are good, and the food is great! This is the best place you can go, when you need help. They REALLY! REALLY! REALLY! help. May God bless everyone who needs help, this is the best place to go!
