I couldn't recommend Luke and his team at Urban Reactive more highly. We had a cracked pipe that was causing significant external issues, Luke came out and got me a quote over the very same day and the 24hours after first contact it was all completed to an excellent standard. His team are polite, friendly and clean, explaining the process to me as they went so I was fully in the loop. Great service and workmanship from the team.

Prompt response and prompt and satisfactory services provided by this company. Got Luke’s number from a friend and even after 5pm, I got a quick response and an immediate service appointment for next day. Thanks for the same

I called Urban Reactive to look at a blocked soil pipe with suspected root intrusion. Luke was able to give me a good idea of cost over the phone, and had a team out to me at my earliest convenience. The guys gave me lots of information about what they were looking at and talked me through how best to resolve it. It was all very transparent and informative and they went ahead and fixed the problem with a resin casing, and showed me a video on completion. I used Luke once before around 8 years ago for surveying some drains put in by builders - I had a superb service. So when our house recently had various issues (slow washing machine drainage/filling utility sink and intermittent sewer smells in the utility room) I knew who to call. Luke is brilliant at communications which is hugely refreshing in this day and age, replying to every message.
