I just called urban radiology at 2809 Ocean parkway brooklyn and when the the receptionist a (guy) answered the phone all he said was yes. He didn't even say the company name or anything. I called them to cancel a appointment because I have appointment to see someone else. When I told him this, his reply was that no one is forcing me to come there and for me to call the place who made the appointment. If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I WOULD

Great Facility. The front desk staff is always professional and efficient, wait time is pretty short. The technicians are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility is clean and well organized, and the entire appointment always runs smoothly from start to finish. I also appreciated how quickly I received my results. Highly recommend Urban Radiology for anyone needing imaging services!
