After finding a block of land to potentially put my house on, I spoke with Geoff Bowman from Urban Quarter. He was always on call or email to answer any of my questions without pressuring me for a signature on the dotted line. He gave me ample time to get things sorted with my builder before I signed up and spoke to my builders to clear up any questions regarding the block and LDP requirements. Thank you for your time and patience. It was very much appreciated!
I purchased a block from Urban Quater in 2022, Great to start with. Once building commenced I had issues with the fencing. The contractor Perez Fencing has had to come back over 5 times now it's been 1.5 years since I've been in the house & its still not solved & full of unbroken promises. They do not care about existing clients only selling new blocks. If I knew how painful; this would be I would have never gone through with it.
