Wayne and Sue were consultants on two rental properties at Austinmer. They guaranteed their database was impeccable and highly reliant on finding the most suitable tenants. I've just had the most unfortunate experience of a tenant leave unannounced who was put to Tribunal. I'm now in the process of retrieving 5 weeks of rental income. Very disappointed with their performance. Would obviously not recommend as a sales realtor!!
