I wanted to love Urban Poppy and be a life long customer until it all went wrong not once but twice. My most recent problem occurred when I ordered Valentine's day flowers for my daughter, I placed the order 15 days early to be sure things would go smooth. I paid over $230. for the Juliette bouquet. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, Valentine's day, they never arrived. I called Urban Poppy at 5:00pm to inquire when they would be delivered. They arrived finally at 6:30 pm. What a joy to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The uniqueness of the flowers and their arrangement in the various pieces were outstanding.
