Unfortunately, our Strata managers, Tribe Management, hired this plumbing company. The plumber attended twice for a major leak in the garage below my commercial unit and found no leaks, water damage, or moisture in my space. Despite this, they provided no proof that the leak originated from my unit, did not inspect or follow up with any residential units above, and still blamed me. Urban Plumbing and Heating came highlyrecommended, and they absolutelylived up to it. Marco replied to me first thing in the morning, and because of the urgency had a technician at my home that same morning. The technician worked directly withthe manufacturer, Rinnai, to order the necessary parts and clearly explained the plan moving forward. My Rinnai Combi-Boiler is now repaired and running perfectly. Everyone I spoke with at Urban was professional, knowledgeableand polite. I will definitelyuse them again.

Not telling me about the 1.5 hrs minimum charge policy during the first booking communication, though their plumbers do decent jobs. Your industry standard of 25 years does not mean you are not obliged to communicate this to your new clients. I receives none such info in my Nov 2025 and Jan 23, 2026 bookings. Just because I processed A/P on the job for your bills, doesn't mean I know your billing policy because the bills are approved by managers before passing to accounting for cheque run.
