I had a disastrous leak in my suite while I was away on holiday that affected five of my neighbours, two common hallways and multiple ceilings and walls. Unfortunately, our Strata managers, Tribe Management, hired this plumbing company. The plumber attended twice for a major leak in the garage below my commercial unit and found no leaks, water damage, or moisture in my space. Despite this, they provided no proof that the leak originated from my unit, did not inspect or follow up with any residential units above, and still blamed me.
