I needed a permit for legalizing my suite. Urban was the 12th plumber I contacted… others had come to assess and then ghosted me, others gave ridiculous quotes or never got back to me. Carmine was experienced enough to understand and said “no problem”. He got back to me with the price and my issue was resolved easily! Finally! Urban will definitely be my first call next time & the company I refer others to! Thank you!

So professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, Carmine & his Team are great! They get even difficult jobs done with a smile and to your satisfaction. Impressive! Urban was recommended to me as being the very best! I agree I’m so appreciative for all their help!

Extremely disappointed with Urban P & Heating. I had a confirmed appointment, and not only did the technician show up late without any notice, but they also tried to reschedule on the spot just to squeeze in more jobs for the day. Clearly, they prioritize volume over reliability. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I needed hose bibs replaced behind my washer and dryer. Urban Plumbing was very helpful in communicating with my strata and dealing with some of the hiccups that come along with living in a condo building. Connor was the plumber that did the work and my husband and I were so happy with him! He was respectful of our home, patient with troubleshooting building issues and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. Such a nice guy! Thank you to the awesome staff at Urban Plumbing for all your help!
