I’m giving this company 2 stars and that is generous! We hired Urban Piping last March for replacement of poly B pipe. Including replacement of the pipe we did an extensive renovation. The work was completed we paid on time. In late May we were informed the subcontractors had NOT been paid. We now have a lien on the house. We tried to contact Graham Drew (owner of Urban Piping) and have been unsuccessful (including hiring a lawyer with several unanswered registered letters going to non-existent addresses. Not even a year, after pipes & hot water tank were replaced, issues occurs which cause our utility bill goes up ......Now the tank is leaking and no hot water at all. For 2 weeks, we have no hot water and no heat at home. We reported the issue to have to resolved as soon as possible but haven't heard back from them. Can someone please advise what to do next?
