It has now been four months since the Urban Piping team completed the Poly‑B replacement in my 3,600 sq. ft. home in Vancouver. Job was done in late August 2025 to early September 2025. We bought our home knowing the Poly B needed to be replaced and negotiated accordingly. Urban Piping was recommended by our realtor and we called Graham before we even had possession. The assessment was done during our subject period and we had a firm quote before closing and Derek's crew started the week we took possession. Piping done in two days and drywall followed a few days after. We moved into a home with new PEX plumbing and a 25 year warranty already in place. The best possible start.
