We had poly b throughout our Vancouver home and had been nervous about the disruption of replacing it. Graham was incredibly reassuring on that first call and really clear about what the process would look like. Jason led the install and his crew was professional and efficient. Gage came in with his team for the drywall and the finish was really impressive. You honestly couldn’t tell they’d been in the walls. Really great company and we felt well looked after throughout.
My mother lived in her home in South Surrey for 38 years before she passed away. We were managing the estate and preparing the property for sale while also grieving and dealing with everything that comes with losing a parent. The home inspector flagged the Poly B and our estate lawyer suggested addressing it before listing. A friend recommended Urban Piping. Graham came out for the assessment and from the first moment it was clear he understood the situation. He did not treat it like just another job. He was patient, explai... read more
It has now been four months since the Urban Piping team completed the Poly‑B replacement in my 3,600 sq. ft. home in Vancouver. Job was done in late August 2025 to early September 2025. He’s straightforward, responsive, and clearly cares ab... read more
It was an absolute pleasure working with Urban piping for my recent plumbing needs! They were true to their word every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Not only did they stick to their commitment, but the quality of their work was outstanding. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to do the job right. Gram and Ben were both great guys to deal with – professional, friendly, and just genuinely good people. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to all my friends and family for any plumbing nee... read more
We bought our home knowing the Poly B needed to be replaced and negotiated accordingly. Urban Piping was recommended by our realtor and we called Graham before we even had possession. The assessment was done during our subject period and we had a firm quote before closing and Derek's crew started the week we took possession. Piping done in two days and drywall followed a few days after. We moved into a home with new PEX plumbing and a 25 year warranty already in place. The best possible start.
