The plumbers were on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had the old heater removed and new one installed in under a hour. Highly recommend them!
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would never let Urban Pine in my house again. I needed the payment plan through Center Point Energy, and this is the company Center Point Energy uses, so I had to accept this company. Extremely unhappy with how Urban Pine practices business. Also, they said they pulled a permit, but lied about that. When I called the city to close the permit, Urban Pine had not pulled a permit. Urban Pine had to pay a fine for this, and the city told me this company is in trouble for business fraud.

I appreciate the plumber came to install the water heater efficiently but there are 1 concern and 1 damage below I found after the installation - 1. My front door edge bore for the knob is damaged and I found the proof of the some tiny scrap wood on the ground. So the door knob is no longer working. 2. The pipe connected to T&P valve is behind the water heater against the wall. There is no way to check water leak and operate that for emergency. Poor pipe configuration of the installation.
