My dog came back with Kennel Cough, even though they required a vaccination. They claimed it could be done when I brought her in, but it does not take effect immediately. I could have taken her to my own vet for the vac, had they properly informed me. I am now out more than $100 (not including the boarding cost), plus she came back without one of her toys and smelled terrible.
We were going to bring out two dogs to Urban Pet Hospital BUT they do not allow pick up on Sunday, we are coming back on Sunday and want our dogs, I think the reason is it is extra money in their pocket because of no pick up that day, so we will go to another pet day care which allow Sunday pick up from 4-6
