We met with Eric & Bianca and had home building plans in place. However we have not heard back. We feel this is unprofessional and disrespectful. If you want a responsive builder that cares, please look elsewhere.

We’ve been in our new house almost a year and a half. We love it. We’re very detail-oriented and Urban Perch delivered- making whatever we wanted- including a rolling ladder. Would build with them again and recommend to anyone else.
