I visited the store on 14th and 6th Avenue and their service was absolutely disgusting! I had to ask for help because the employees walking around didn’t greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I was barely in the store for 5 minutes when I was then stopped and asked to have my bag checked because I “beeped leaving the store” but I didn’t beep coming in. I would never spend my money in any of their stores!

Great friendly staff, store has lots of open space and a lot selection. The staff did a great job on the Betsey Johnson ”Meet and Greet ” with a great variety of entertainment, while guests waited to meet Betsey. Go get your Urban Outfitters Betsey dresses!
Sûrement le plus agréable Urban de NY. Magasin plus petit mais beaucoup moins l’usine que celui de la 5th.
Customer service was less than mediocre. Walked right past girl at door and she didn't even say hello. Why have someone stand there if they don't speak? Rude.
The security followed me around the store like I would steal....it made me feel very uncomfortable....not going back there or even shop online
