Urban had a sale on some things I wanted so I went ahead and purchased. Turns out the next day everything I had just purchased went on an additional 50% off sale. I facebooked customer service to see if they could process a return (before the items even had a chance to ship out) so I could buy it all back at half price and they were nice enough to offer me a one time refund of the difference. That was so unnecessary on their part but they did it anyway. Definitely a happy and pleased customer :)

Store was clean, up beat...didn’t approve of the selection of books that was displayed for young teens. Witchcraft, The subtitle art if not giving a f_ck!

Would you please do a better job of taking care of the ADA Handicapped space in your parking lot. If this is a joint share with the tenants and Bank of America, people are constantly abusing and using the ADA spot without a sticker...even when plenty of spaces are available. Also, your security guard is quite rude when we have repeatedly mentioned it to him. I have seen him allow people to park there when handicapped vehicles needed the space. PLEASE DO SOMETHING
