Very impressed with Urban Outfitters on Thayer St in Providence, RI. My daughter bought sunglasses there a few months ago...a piece came off of them the next day and she never had the time to return them. We went yesterday and the staff was very accommodating! They allowed her to exchange the sunglasses for another pair and she only had to pay the difference which was $4. There was no hassle just great customer service!
