Jessica Taylor at Urban One has provided beyond exceptional customer service. Her quick responses to requests for assistance and her dedication to ensuring concerns are adequately and promptly addressed is greatly appreciated.
I rented out my unit at the start of this year in New Westminster. The woman (I think her name was Jessica?), on site who represented Urban One was very helpful with all my tenants questions and had all our deficiencies addressed right away. Very grateful for her help and attention to detail.
