I visited this store today with a friend while staying at Andell Inn and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Despite there being three employees at the counter, (one had a purple streak in her hair, the other was younger with a ponytail) not one of them acknowledged us when we entered — no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Great experience
I had a 10:00 facial on my birthday scheduled in advance. Aesthetician did not arrive after I waited 50 minutes. They did not offer a discount or anything for a future visit. Would not recommend this place.
