Got a gel polish with my spa pedicure and a deluxe manicure yesterday. The pedicure was one of the best I've had and I enjoyed the massage chair along with the hot stones, wax treatment, hot towels and foot and leg massage, but the manicure was nearly as nice. She could have put on an additional coat of polish as it seems more opaque, and also uneven. My teenage daughter went to this salon alone, and her nails were done terribly—uneven, messy, and nothing like what she asked for. She requested a French style and even showed the nail “technician” a picture. After the first nail was done incorrectly, my daughter politely pointed it out and showed the picture again, but the technician completely ignored her and continued doing it her own way. I had an appointment at 5 PM today and was asked to not show up due to being busy. Please do a better job in managing nail appointments, cancelling an appointment ten minutes prior is unprofessional and makes your business look unreliable. If you are under staffed you can let your client know few hours in advance. Everyone’s time is valuable. Did not get an apology either from the front desk. Please take this as constructive feedback and treat your customers better.
