The nail techs here are extremely rude and openly talk about customers in their own language — very unprofessional. Prices are all over the place too. I’ve paid $10–$20 more each time I’ve been here for the exact same pedicure with gel polish, no add-ons.Feels dishonest and disrespectful.
I have a mixed review. Ive been here many times before and watched this place become less sanitary and very dirty over the years. Yesterday I brought my mom to treat her for a pedicure. Her pedicure was done by Carla. She was incredible. My mom was very well cared for. My pedicure was done by a young man who just completely missed the mark and lacked the basic skill of cutting the toe nails. i had a such a good experience here, the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. i’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get they’re nails done.
