Love this place! The owner the trainers and the members. Workouts are challenging and sometimes fun lol I love barbell work but it’s really hard to find anywhere that does classes with barbells unless it’s CrossFit which I’m not a fan. This place truly works on foreign and teaching you safe movements.
Urban MVMNT is awesome!! I really love how consistently challenging the workouts are. With how crazy this year has been I have truly appreciated being able to go to classes knowing I am going to get a great and safe workout everytime. There is no better feeling than feeling strong!

I LOVE this gym, and now more than ever. Urban MVMNT has been outstanding through this whole COVID-19 pandemic. They didn't hesitate to close their doors at the start of all of this to ensure the safety of their staff and members. Unlike other gyms that continued to operate in-person, they took their business online and continue to share their awesome workouts with the community through full-length follow along workout videos and daily mvmnt challenges.
