Have messaged twice looking for a mechanical assessment, and they don't even bother responding to emails. They just ignore you (at least whoever is called Fazano). Seems that are hiding something or they just don't care about selling cars. If you have the chance to buy somewhere else, go somewhere else! This guys don't care
Faisal and his team were very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate a sale that involved abnormal circumstances. They were able to keep my car on the lot for an extended period of time and even put a new battery in for free to be sure our newly purchased vehicle would run without issue upon pick up. I would highly recommend Urban Motors.
