Excellent service, they even opened up early on Thanksgiving Monday so we could come test a few cars. Great selection of high quality cars and they do the work to get them into great running shape for their customers! We love our Volvo XC 60!!!

Let me start by saying I’ve never bought a used car before visiting Urban Motors. I’ve always bought new. My little girl turned 21, and I wanted to do something special for her. Faisal and Haidar are top notch in terms of their customer experience! I just purchased a Mercedes E-Class from them, and the entire time I wasn’t felt rushed or pressured. They truly take care of you like they want to build a relationship with their customers. I’d recommend going to them for any preowned vehicle needs, as they took great care of me!
I bought a 2011 subaru impreza 7 months ago. The very next day I had it inspected and found out the back brakes had nothing left on the pads, the rotors and calipers needed to be replaced which Urban Motors paid for. Since then it has been in the shop 3 times. The back bearings and spark plugs had to be replaced, the cv joints after that, then the center differential.
