The hair and makeup looked nice in the end, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. My appointment started fifteen minutes late and I had booked for 9am, and I missed out on the head massage because my curls “needed to last.” The makeup itself was lovely, but I was surprised to be charged $40 more than the price quoted online, and I’m still not sure why. It was convenient for occasion but not sure I’d attend again when in town.
Adelheid was amazing! First experience actually getting my eyebrows done and I have never seen them look this great before!
Been trying to book my Wedding makeup with these guys for over 2 months. Was told on the 5th of August they will sort it out tomorrow. It’s now the 17th and still nothing. I have gone to these guys a few times for normal bookings and have had good experiences. This has been a real shame :/
Left feeling a very disappointed. I booked and paid glammour waves and super glam makeup. The hair was great. But the makeup service was not up to standard. Hygiene procedures were not followed. The consultation i had was they asked for a photo reference, no question about how long i needed this to last, or my skin type. Also no extra skin prep just micella water and primer.
