I have been going to Mena Charalambidis- Urban for about 3 years. She’s straightforward, honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat things which I think is important for growth. She’s consistent, professional, and very perceptive . She often has caught onto things without me even having to say it. I always leave sessions feeling supported and more level headed than before. Highly recommend

If you feel you may be a survivor of a narcissistic family system/marriage, then Dr Urban is the right therapist for you. Not many Therapists are trained to understand the pain of a Survivor of narcissistic abuse. You won't have to prove to her that, ' It's not you"!. She will get it instantly and then work on helping you rebuild the self-esteem that was shattered while surviving such high-conflict relationships. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Urban‘s for many years. I am the human being I am right now because of Dr Urban’s compassion, empathy and most of all honesty. She also taught me to have all of those things for myself, and that changed my life. I met her in an extremely traumatized state, in constant fear, after growing up in a household where I suffered severe trauma.
