Our condo required a complete radiator replacement to maintain temperatures warm enough to survive this frigid Alberta winter. Urban Mechanical were on the job, sent HVAC techs out and had the parts ordered. Work was done in a timely manner, scheduled perfectly with the assistance of Jakub!
Our furnace at MY Auto was acting up so we gave a call to Urban Mechanical. We spoke with Jakub there. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had a tech sent to us within a hour. They fixed the problem fast and at a reasonable price. Thanks so much to their team! Would recommend this company!
I DO NOT RECOMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL. I contact them at the suggestion of my condo management company, and every time they came they left a bad taste in my mouth. The first time they came to clean up an blockage in my pipe and because they did not know the building pipe system they were suggesting that they had to open a hole in my unit in order to fix the problem.
