Twice he said "the check in the in the mail" and another time he said it would be dropped off at my home. I only share my review so this doesn't happen to anyone else. My experience with Urban Mechanical and Rich McDermott was terrible. He installed two AC units in my home - neither work and his telephone lines have been disconnected. I not only think he can't run a business, but I fear he has a pattern of ripping off people then shutting down his operations -- and probably opening up under another name to steal from more people. Urban Mechanical did a great job installing my AC unit. Very professional and explained in detail what they were doing. Checked the location of the unit to ensure that it was correct. Recommend this company for heating and cooling service and installation.
