Urban Mechanical contacted us within one or two hours of me contacting my insurance company for service on my AC unit. They came out the following morning, assess the problem and fixed it. They do need to come out and clean the AC unit on the outside and the inside and put a little bit more Freon but at least it’s nice and cool in the house again. Unfortunately, we have to go through our insurance company to get approval and that’s not on them. Overall, they did an amazing job and I’m grateful that they responded so quickly.... read more
