Given Urban Mattress’ very prompt and helpful response to my concerns, I am updating my negative review to a 5-star review. Yesterday, I posted a negative review after multiple delivery delays; today, I received a response: Mark from Urban Mattress phoned to apologize and Joel delivered to our home the sheets we’d ordered in January. This is the second mattress I've purchased from Urban Mattress and it is impossible to imagine sleeping on anything else. Mark offered personable, no-pressure expert customer service, and when the product we wanted was out of stock, he upgraded us to a different model at no extra cost. Delivery team was prompt and the Sincerity mattress is SO comfortable!!! 10000% recommend.
Oh did l learn my lesson not researching to find a company such as this. The remedy was trusting Mark and getting a customer service experience so rare in today's marketplace. l am so thankfull for all the thoughtfulness.Thank you !
