Shopped Sunday 8/24. Woman behind her computer could barely be bothered. There is no pressure and then there is zero sales...this was the latter and I was there to buy...
Have had our shadow mountain plush mattress for a little under two years now and it continues to be one of the most comfortable mattress. It helped me reduce my chronic back pain that would be exacerbated by prior mattresses. Definitely would buy another mattress from urban mattress.
I've had my mattress for seven years now and it still feels like new. I have a lot of neck and back arthritis, but this mattress takes perfect care of me. Highly recommend.
