I explained that I had an unexpected emergency today, and although I had been looking forward to my massage all week, I wasn’t able to make the appointment. I am a returning customer, and while I understand and respect the importance of other people’s time, I believe there should be some room for compassion in unforeseen circumstances—especially since I have never been late or ever had a same day cancel before.
