Nicole and the team at Urban Massage and Wellness are great. I highly recommend the red light therapy. The red light therapy helped from the first session. I noticed benefits in both my knee and ankle when I injured them. The recovery is quicker, especially when paired with other healing modalities offered at Urban such as acupuncture and osteopathy.
Khaled is fantastic. Knows his stuff, all the staff are friendly.
Leanne (?sp) was amazing. She helped more in 75mins than most masseuse do in a month of treatments!
