David @ Urban Maintenance is an absolute pleasure to work with. Performed the spring clean up and the front and back yards look amazing. Once we get a good rainfall and sunshine, the yards will flourish. David is very detail oriented, and went that extra mile to make sure every nook and cranny was taken care of. Will definitely call David for the fall clean up and other work that may be required. He won't let you down.

David was great! We needed the outside of the house deep cleaned and he went above and beyond, he even cleaned down the shed while he was at it. David was very accommodating to our time and needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a big or small clean.

Very positive experience and excellent cleaning job of our exterior windows. He even cleaned our garage door windows which we thought we frosted glass - turns out they were just that dirty! I appreciate the prompt quote and ease of scheduling as well. Great price. Will be recommending to family for sure!
