I recently used Urban Maids for a deep cleaning of my home and I was thoroughly impressed. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their service if you need a deep clean and live in the Surrey area.
Disappointed in this company. Brand new house. They scuffed the baseboards in all our bedrooms with their black vacuum and stairwell. White walls with black vacuum so- it’s black everywhere on the baseboards. There is a hole in our tub from dropping something. They tugged a picture frame down while dusting pulling a hole in our wall making it impossible to patch up. Took zero accountability. They charge alright pricing but this will cost us thousands to fix.

Verry bad service
recently had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with this company. They promised to complete the work within a specific timeframe, but when their team arrived, it was clear they were unprepared. They sent two people—one who seemed experienced and another who was completely new and unfamiliar with the job.
