Satisfactory cleaning job although they arrived two hours after scheduled appointment - they have double billed me for two not scheduled appointments and have not rectified the situation over a month later. Be careful using this company.
I would recommend urban maids 100%! They are very skilled in deep cleaning and use great products. My home was spotless after they were done. Definitely give them a try!
To be clear, I tried to use this business but they were either unresponsive, disorganized, or simply didn't want business. I would not recommend an unprofessional business like this and will take my business elsewhere.
Got a quote for $90, for 13 step carpeted stairs (steam and shampoo) booked for Saturday 12. Got a call after 2 minutes price went up to $120, rep said she was new. So I said ok fine. Then got a call again after few minutes... Price went up again to $130 and schedule now I'd for 2:30pm. I said no thanks, just cancel. But,they called back and recalled for $120 and 1230 appt. So I said ok fine.
Over 2 hours with two cleaners, for a move in clean of an empty suite. I came in after them and cleaned cleaned cobwebs, dust and had to clean the floors as it seems like they never did they were specifically asked to clean 3 things, the bathroom, the windows and the ceiling fan. The fan blades were dusted but the center part that attaches the blades and light was covered in dust still, the bathtub was still filthy and the windows were not cleaned.
