I had an issue with my scooter and connected with the service department at Urban Machina. Even though my warranty expired and 4 years have passed, Hugo walked me thru the settings and it turns out that the controller had a wonky issue; which effected my battery capacity. I feel grateful for the help and I'm happy to have purchased a product from this vendor - they provide advice to get your product up and running and are quick to respond. Thank you guys.
To start, fantastic products, great service and excellent pricing! Some background: I live about 10km from my place of work, and had made the decision last year to walk that distance and cut out transit to save money, and improve my health.
