Oscar and the service staff are amazing...we were DT yesterday and our scooters were having clamp issues...rode there and they fixed it up asap. (had clamp on incorrectly not secured) Totally made our afternoon better, knowing we were out there and safe!
I had my e scooters fixed by there recommendation And I had to return to the store 3 times because I was sold the wrong fenders And the wrong nuts and washers Also their mechanic downstairs promech returned an escooter to us after a maintenance and the back tire nuts were on hand tight this vehicle goes 80km and my husband could have died and they didn't express any regret about the situation when we complained Ridiculous way to be treated by a company
