I give my scooter (VSETT8) to them to change my rear tire wich is solid and hrad for me to change it by myself but after almost 2WEEKS waiting and 6 email vack n forth what i got? Rear tire completely JAM! Reason? It was like this!!! $120 for taxi to bring this thinge over ther cuz they aint wotk in normal hours and $120 charge for make things worst than before... PEOPLE IN VANCOUVER : JUST AVOID THIS SHOP AND SHOWROOM. DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE👎👎👎

I have been using Urban Machina pretty frequently for about 3 years now. I even stopped by their shop in Vancouver to get some work done on a unit I had in town. They are always prompt to respond to my emails, giving me advice, quotes, requested docs, updates on my orders etc. They are my go to site/shop for my many scooter products.

I have dealt with Urban Machina for a number of years, since the original purchase of my escooter. The staff have all been most knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently, I asked about adding additional accessories that were not standard add-on’s to my scooter model. The staff worked through an assessment of what would be required to make things work, offered alternatives, and provided a cost break-down of parts and labour required. I really appreciated the time and effort spend in addressing my question.
