We had an absolutely exceptional experience using this team! Courtney was so quick and efficient with responses and setting up our appointments for a quote first and then the actual job itself. Scott came quickly to asses the work and gave us what we believe to be a very fair price on the work for what we considered to be a massive job. They scheduled us in as quickly as they could, which we greatly appreciated as our tree was causing so many headaches. Amazing!!! In every way. Today, they took down 4 of our towering trees in Red Deer Bower. Scott-owner is amazing!! Their customer service & work-clean up is great. How Scott treats his staff & customers, so respectful!!!! Including how he speaks to staff as a boss- Nice to see & very impressed. Anyone wanting to hire him will be very happy all around!
I can't thank Urban lumberjack tree services enough I would five them a lot more stars. First, the lady who books appointments. She is so friendly, helpful, and just very pleasant to deal/talk with. She explained everything I was shopping around to have 5 trees removed and stump. I called around for estimates from 6 different companies. They came close to the lowest. Summary: Good service and cleanup, reasonably priced. Probably won't have anything break - if it does, you will have a tough customer service experience. Details: Scott and the crew came out to take down a poplar tree with many segments that was ruining our fences, an Apple and Spruce tree. Work wise, they did an excellent job cutting without any noticeable damage. The rate was competitive. The cleanup was reasonable - some pieces were noticed later in an area with higher brush and I wouldn't expect them to have noticed it. ... read more
They were so professional. They left the yard looking immaculate. It looked better than when they arrived. I tried to find a company for months and finally found them. They are a god send. It is great to have my yard back. Great job guys.
