I can't thank Urban lumberjack tree services enough I would five them a lot more stars. First, the lady who books appointments. She is so friendly, helpful, and just very pleasant to deal/talk with. She explained everything I was shopping around to have 5 trees removed and stump. I called around for estimates from 6 different companies. They came close to the lowest. Summary: Good service and cleanup, reasonably priced. Probably won't have anything break - if it does, you will have a tough customer service experience. Details: Scott and the crew came out to take down a poplar tree with many segments that was ruining our fences, an Apple and Spruce tree. Work wise, they did an excellent job cutting without any noticeable damage. The rate was competitive. They were so professional. They left the yard looking immaculate. It looked better than when they arrived. I tried to find a company for months and finally found them. They are a god send. It is great to have my yard back. Great job guys.

Amazing work! We had a mountain ash tree in our front yard that had sadly came to the end of its life and was dying branch by branch. The crew came a week after my initial call and assessment. They had the tree down, mulched and stump gone in about 10 minutes, they spent 3x longer on clean up. They put all the garden rocks back, raked up all the chips and used a leaf blower for the remaining sawdust. My lawn has never been cleaner! Highly recommend them for the job done and reasonable price.

Did not use their services personally, but observed them working at a neighbours and was very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness (waving at my toddler way down the alley who was rather excited to watch) and the cleanup. They worked quickly and efficiently. Had recently watched another company who left a mess on someone elses yard (not where they were working). Was very impressed how fast they worked and full clean up of all their mess. Great job guys!
