I am was new to Atlanta and had to take a chance, I'm very funny about my hair. I went here, asked her for a dark brown rince#1. Then she puts a permanent jet black color in my hair, which pissed me off, #2 she then puts some type relaxer in my hair. Destroying every strand of hair on my head. Then pretended to not know why all my hair was falling out. What beautician doesn't know, you can't put color and relaxer in on same damn day, but I asked for a RINSE!!
