I have been going to pick up water from this location for the last 6 weeks. Each time I go someone comes and takes the water jugs from Jackson Springs to my car for me. This is above and beyond and so appreciated. Today Robin from the front desk had anticipated that I would want the same as I had ordered the time before and met me at my car! Highly recommend! We purchased from Urban Life not only because they very knowledgeable but because they are willing to help without pushing you to purchase right away! They never made us feel pressured, they just wanted us to be satisfied with our tub!!!
We purchased our spa from Urban Life in 2023 and we were incredibly happy with sales and delivery of our spa. The only thing left that we hadn't needed from UL was service for repairs. This was put to the test this week. We were away in Arizona when our neighbor called. He noticed water running down the driveway. Our pool was losing water. I called UL and Ben said his service team couldn't make it until the next morning as it was near end of day.
