We wanted to buy from some where local and came across Ben and his team at Urban Life. We didn’t feel like we needed to look anywhere else because they were so helpful online, providing videos and information that felt really honest. When we went to their pop up at KP mall, we knew it was the right time to buy. They have been great at answering questions and setting up a delivery date was very easy.The guide they provide on the chemicals has been super helpful and we lot our new hot tub!
