I absolutely love Coach Dave — he’s the best I’ve had so far! My partner and I really enjoy his teaching style. Dave is great at diagnosing our issues and simplifying the class structure. He often has us repeat the same punch combinations to help us perfect them. He reminds us that speed without proper form looks sloppy — and he’s helping us correct that. Love it.
Très bonne ambiance, les coachs sont top et motivants. Dès qu’on arrive on se sent bien accueilli. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de s’entraîner ici. Je recommande à 100 %
