Reached out to Rick based on prior reviews I had read online. Rick was the only person who took the time to come out and thoroughly explain the process involved and answered all my questions. Installation was extremely well done by him and his crew and he has been absolutely superb at following up to make sure the system was performing optimally and efficiently on several occasions. Rick and his team did an excellent job installing our new sprinkler system. Rick coordinated directly with our landscape company and ensured that the installation was completed within the timeline of additional yard work that was already underway. The whole team were so respectful and considerate throughout the 1 day project. Urban lawn sprinklers did a great job with my sprinkler installation. The crew worked very hard and was able to get the job done in one day. Rick did a walk through and explained the system and features of the system well. He even came back to fix a light that wasn’t working upon installation and a spigot fixture. He was prompt and reliable to get the job completed from start to finish! He strives for perfection and it shows! Thanks Rick!
