Our experience with Urban Kitchens was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We paid our deposit in February, yet our kitchen wasn't delivered until June. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly told different stories and found communication to be frustratingly poor. Production would not progress until Urban Kitchens had received 95% of the contract value. Todd and his team installed my kitchen, laundry and vanities in a new build. Most painful experience ever. Our builder paid the initial measuring deposit late, even after I paid 95% of the money owed to them, I still struggled to get my stuff. Paid initial payment 18/2, with install date end of April, two weeks before installation they phoned to say they can’t get the material I wanted.
