Great fun and interesting tour! Our guide Ben was really enthusiastic. He told a great mix of entertaining and historically interesting stories. His knowledge of the river and Chicago was top notch. He clearly enjoys giving the tours. He was also always mindful that we were in full safety around the boats on the river. Kayaking was such a fun way to explore the river and I'm really glad I did it.
My Urban Kayaks Chicago tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Chicago. I was originally scheduled for Wednesday, but the weather forecast wasn’t looking great. The Urban Kayaks team gladly accommodated my request to move the tour to Tuesday, which I greatly appreciated. That flexibility allowed me to enjoy the experience under perfect conditions. A unique, fun way to experience Chicago from a different perspective and in such a (literally) hands-on way. Totally worth it when the weather plays nice.
Got rained out, still FUN AS HELL! Ben and Trinity are the best, they saved us...... Literally. Angus was flaunting his poncho but we now have a great story for our trip. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.
We had a great guide Drew, who shared a lot of interesting stories and insights about the city. Overall, it turned out to be a fantastic evening of kayaking and we really enjoyed it
