I am a professional in the Home Improvement Industry but do not do outside landscaping and design so I referred my clients to Urban Image. It has taken them 2 years to complete their project and for 2 years it has been the same excuse...we can't get employees. It is still not complete and my referral has still not been paid. Buyer beware!
We hired Urban Image to do our front step, side walkway, and backyard which included a deck and patio, with all the greenery touches in between. WOW! Aside from how great the final product was, the entire process was lovely. Everything from the planning, to their cleanliness on site, to their friendliness and professionalism. The entire experience was great. Our property was both beautiful and functional for a great price. I highly recommend Urban Image for any landscaping projects!!
