I ordered a desk over a month ago, and the status is still "waiting for fulfilment." Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I’ve received no response via email, and I’m still left with no clear timeline for when or if my order will be fulfilled. The lack of communication and transparency is incredibly frustrating. I can’t speak to the quality of the desk yet since I haven’t received it, but the customer experience so far has been extremely disappointing.
I bought an office chair for $300 not 6 months ago with very poor quality covering that has split and they just deny it is a fault of the product.
First class delivery of product, great Web site, easy to follow and fabulous range.
